Press Conference Room

A conference room will be designated at the exhibitions hall next to the Organizer Committee offices and will be at the exhibitors' disposition for launching products and/or important companies' news during the show.

Press conferences will be scheduled from 14:00 to 16:30 hrs. from May 2^nd trough 4^th and will last 30 minutes each one and will be assigned in a first come first served basis. If the exhibitor would like to offer coffee break it will have to be done directory with Food and Beverage of Centro Banamex.

The room will be equipped with:

• Projector
• Screen
• VCR
• Presidium with microphone (table with clothes)
• Up to 30 people

To settle a press conference is required to fill an online form or download the Press Conference Request Form in the pdf format. You may also request one sending an email to Ma. • Company name
• Contact name
• Preferred time (mention at least the 2 main options)
• Brief description of the content of your press conference kit
• If you wish it to be included in the media kit delivered to all media

Please check availability in the press conference schedule in order to select your time. The due date to send your request is April 16^th, 2012.
