FAQ's

1. What's included in my space?

Booths of 100 sq. ft. includes:

Exhibition space.
Lateral walls (except booths located on corners) covered with white formic both sides.
Carpet
Booth identification sign (Company's name and booth number, no logo, requesting in your Exhibitors Manual.)
1 double polarized electrical outlets (110V per booth.)

All other services such as electricity, telephone, additional furniture, cleaning, etc. must be contracted with these official contractors. Application forms for these service providers are included in the official EXHIBITOR’s Manual Online.

Booths of 200 sq. ft. or larger includes:

Exhibition space
Carpet
2 double polarized electrical outlets (110V per booth).

Besides, you will receive:

Staff available to assist you, with any needs that could be presented during the Trade Show.
A space to store empty boxes and packaging.
Perimeter security services at all times during the event, set up and tear down.
200 printed invitations for your customers and prospect, it have to be requested, and it will be sent once the cost of the booth has be paid in full.
Electronic invitation with your company's logo to invite their clients.
A defined amount of Exhibitor Badges for your staff, according to the size of your stand.
Include a description of your products and services in the Exhibitor Directory, which will enhance their participation as a valuable reference even after the exposure.
Special rates at hotels for your accommodation during the expo.

2. What are the set up and tear down dates & hours?

Set Up

Exhibitors with booths of 36 sqm. (400 sq. ft.) or larger have the following schedule:
Monday April 30, 2012	12:00 - 22:00 hrs.
Tuesday May 1^st, 2012	8:00 - 22:00 hrs.
Wednesday May 2^nd, 2012	8:00 - 12:00 hrs.

Exhibitors with booths smaller of 36 sqm. (400 sq. ft.) have the following schedule:
Tuesday May 1^st, 2012	8:00 - 22:00 hrs.
Wednesday May 2^nd, 2012	8:00 - 12:00 hrs.

All boxes and packing materials must be removed without exception no later than Wednesday May 2^nd at 12:00 hrs, and the full installation of the booth at the same hour.

The Organizing Committee will not allow any type of installation after this time, or during the hours of the Expo.

Tear Down

Friday May 4^th, 2012	20:00 - 22:00 hrs.
Saturday May 5^th, 2012	08:00 - 14:00 hrs.

3. What are the show hours?

Nota: El acceso a estudiantes estará limitado al Viernes 4 de Mayo de 18:00 a 20:00 hrs. No se permite el acceso a menores de 18 años en la sala de exhibición.

4. Who should I contact to ship my equipment to Mexico?

Please do not send equipment via courrier (Federal Express, DHL or Ups to ship products to the show.)
